Joseph is doing great. He still loves his job and he's still a fantastic father and hubby! Not much else is going on. On the night that Breaking Dawn came out he went to see Hellboy 2. He thought the first one was slightly better but he enjoyed it. I'm glad he got to go see a movie while I enjoyed my book.
Alex is talking up a storm! He frequently combines 3 words now such as "go for ride." I think it was Monday that Joseph had planned on working until 6 PM. Usually he works until 5. Anyway, at around 5:30 Alex started pounding on the front door and screaming "Daddy come home!" Alex had never said that before so I called Joseph. Upon hearing it, Joseph immediately said "Ok, I'm coming home now." :)
I'm doing great too! I usually have enough energy every day to chase Alex around and keep the house relatively clean. A funny thing happened on Wednesday. I was at my book club meeting when I felt a sharp poke. I said "Ow!" and I turned to the girl sitting next to me. I was about to ask her why she poked me but then I realized it had been the baby! It was a very strange and random thing for this baby to do. This baby is very docile. It doesn't move nearly as much as Alex did. It doesn't seem to move it's limbs very much. It just sort of shifts its whole body from one side to the other. I guess the baby was satisfied because it didn't move for the rest of the night. Weird kid.

Rachel was a lot more wiggly than Lizzy. It felt like she was having a dance party in my stomach every night! Lizzy did more of the whole body stretching stuff like what your kid is doing.
