Welcome Home Alex!

Alex had a severe asthma attack on Tuesday and was sent to Timpanogos Regional Hospital. Believe it or not, he actually did very well in the hospital. He was understandably nervous when anyone wanted to touch his IV but other than that, he was pretty calm and happy while he was there. One fun thing he got to do was watch the life flight helicopter take off. Alex was released yesterday morning. He is doing much better although he probably won't be completely recovered for at least a week. Alex is now taking Singulair every day and we have some other medications to give him at the first sign of asthma. Hopefully we'll now be able to prevent another hospitalization. I want to thank everyone who prayed for Alex and I especially want to thank my mom and Joseph's dad and nieces for watching Ethan. Thanks to them, Alex was never alone and most of the time Joseph and I were able to be there together.

Wow, that's scary! I'm glad he's doing better and is home now.
