Optimism

Yesterday we were having dinner at Carl's Jr. when a fly landed on my cheeseburger wrapper. I looked at it and said, "You'll be dead tomorrow." Joseph retorted, "Ever the optimist." I think it was one of those "you had to be there" moments but I tell you, we haven't laughed that hard for a long time. We must have been really tired.

It truly is the little things that make life great.

You don't know me--you were one of the 20 people on blogger who listed the Changeling Sea as a favorite book--I was on of the 20, too. You have good taste!
